Associate Dentist Opportunity in St. Charles County A thriving private practice in St. Charles County is seeking an associate dentist to join our team. Located in a growing community, we consistently welcome over 150 new patients each month. Our practice features a collaborative team of three doctors and five hygienists with 12 operatories. In 2026 our practice will be expanding, we will be adding 10 additional operatories, expanded lobby, digital lab space and more. We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While we work hard, we are a lifestyle-focused practice offering a 4-day clinical workweek with no evening or weekend hours, giving you ample time to enjoy family, friends, and personal hobbies. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a dentist with a growth mindset, committed to continual improvement in both clinical and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be interested in future partnership opportunities, care deeply about the community we serve, and demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality dental care and exceptional customer service. At least 2 years of experience is preferred, although not required. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting and fostering the culture and core values of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who is interested in expanding their skills in higher levels of dentistry, as all doctors are willing to help mentor. We have consistently been able to help doctors increase their clinical efficiency to produce $1M/year or more.
