Description: Our private group practice is looking for an associate dentist to join our group. It is a modern office with digital imaging, cloud software, electric handpieces, intraoral scanner, and TVs in each op. We do our best to comprehensively treat our patients. An ideal doctor is one who is willing to do surgical extractions, straightforward molar endo, and removable procedures. We are willing to mentor and teach these skills if you express the interest. We believe adding these procedures increases patient satisfaction in addition to boosting dentist job satisfaction over basic dentistry. This is a great opportunity to collaborate and work through complex cases. Most days, you will work alongside another dentist, so it is easy to bounce ideas off each other or discuss x-rays. The owner doctor will also be present 2 days per week to assist with hard diagnosis, cases that are more difficult, or the hard to please patient. The office team is what sets us apart! We have a dedicated assistant trainer in the office. This keeps our assistants highly trained and always learning. Everyone is also bonused monthly and daily based on office production. This means they will work hard to keep your schedule productive and minimize cancellations. They will also use their EFDA skills to allow you to see more patients at the same time to keep your patient load manageable. Each dentist works out of 2 columns with 3 well trained assistants and at least one restorative EFDA that can place fillings for you if you desire. If you choose this position, you can expect onboarding to include reviewing our clinical manual and material instructions. Next, there is a period where you will shadow to see our processes. When you start seeing patients, you will see a schedule that is at a reduced capacity to continue to familiarize you with our office until you are ready for a full schedule. The position also has a path to partnership after a period of associate employment. It’s a great opportunity to have many advantages of ownership without the stress of owning a solo practice. -4 day schedule with 3 day weekends (working Monday through Thursday) -Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K with match, FSA or HSA -Guaranteed pay for the first 6 months or commission (likely commission) -We only work with higher pay PPOs, no HMOs
