Our practice is different by design. We are a 100% fee-for-service dental practice, which means our patients choose us because they value exceptional dentistry, genuine relationships, and an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who shares those values. This is more than a scheduling position. It is an opportunity to become the face of a practice built on trust, excellence, integrity, and personalized care.

Schedule • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You'll Do • Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression. • Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules for maximum efficiency. • Coordinate treatment and financial arrangements. • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with reimbursement questions. • File claims on behalf of patients. • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix. • Confidently and compassionately collect balances. • Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every visit.
