Course Description:

A coaching mindset transforms the way leaders develop, engage, and empower their teams. In this workshop, participants will learn the benefits of building a coaching culture, the key components of effective coaching, and best practices for shifting from manager to coach. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss concepts in small groups, gaining practical coaching tools and techniques they can immediately apply to strengthen communication, accountability, and employee growth.
