St. Louis Dentist Membership

We invite you to become a tripartite member. Membership in the Greater St. Louis Dental Society (GSLDS), Missouri Dental Association (MDA) and American Dental Association (ADA) is easy!

Membership with the Greater St. Louis Dental Society is available to all licensed dentists and is a "tripartite" membership with the American Dental Association and Missouri Dental Association. Dentists join and receive benefits at all three levels.

Application Process

If you would like to learn more about membership, please give us a little information about yourself by filling out an Online Membership Application. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved applicants will then receive a second email, which will include information regarding dues and how to pay online.

Online Renewal

Membership may be renewed online through your ADA member portal.  The portal does not require your ADA number, but instead a unique email address.  When you access the login portal the login portal for the first time, you must reset your password by clicking “forgot password”. From this page there are FAQs if you need assistance logging in or you may also contact the ADA Member Service Center at 800-621-8099.

Once logged in, you can update your address, renew your membership (look for My Renewal Notices), manage donations, view/add CE credits and much more.

When renewing the same payment plans are available, including installment plans (2, 4, 6 or 8) and auto renew to easily renew your membership annually (just like a gym membership – monthly or one-time payment).
