Join St. Louis Dentists

We invite you to become a tripartite member. Membership in the Greater St. Louis Dental Society (GSLDS), Missouri Dental Association (MDA) and American Dental Association (ADA) is easy!

Membership with the Greater St. Louis Dental Society is available to all licensed dentists and is a "tripartite" membership with the American Dental Association and Missouri Dental Association. Dentists join and receive benefits at all three levels.

Application Process

If you would like to learn more about membership, please give us a little information about yourself by filling out an Online Membership Application. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved applicants will then receive a second email, which will include information regarding dues and how to pay online.

Dues Structure & Rates

The ADA (national), MDA (state) and the Greater St. Louis Dental Society maintain a Tripartite membership system—this means dues must be paid at all three levels to be a member, and dentists receive benefits at all three levels.

  • Each member is assessed dues at each level, but there are categories to allow reductions, such as for dentists new to or retiring from the practice of dentistry, dentists experiencing temporary financial difficulties and graduate dental students. Membership is free to dental students.
  • Renewal statements are sent to members at the end of November, and are due January 1. Click below for information on current dues rates. 

ADA Dues
The 2026 ADA dues are $627 for active members.

MDA Dues
The 2026 MDA dues are $450 for active members.

GSLDS Dues

After you've logged in to renew in the My ADA dashboard ... don't forget to ensure your contact information is up to date, which is part of your Find-a-Dentist and Credentialing Service profiles.

Access to your ADA Membership cards are only available online at ADA.org/MyADA and in the ADA App. You will receive a membership window decal in the mail.
