Welcome to the Greater St. Louis Dental Society

Founded in 1856, the Greater St. Louis Dental Society is one of the oldest dental organizations in the world.  With nearly 1,000 local member dentists, we are the ADA in St. Louis.

Every day, the members of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society (GSLDS) work to serve their community and promote better oral health for all. Together, the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, along with the American Dental Association, made a tremendous impact in 2015 that’s truly something to smile about. We feel our results are proof positive that we have the best and brightest member dentists working together to help our society and the dental profession grow stronger and healthier. Our Purpose

Our purpose is to serve the dental needs of our community by promoting public health through service and education.  If you seek a dentist close to you, want to learn the latest about oral health, are interested in becoming a dentist or have any questions about oral health as an integral component of health care, the GSLDS is here to serve you.

Representing all areas of dentistry and with nearly three out of four practicing dentists in the area, there is sure to be a GSLDS member dentist near you. Your GSLDS member dentist has made a special commitment to uphold the ethical code, practice standards and missions of the GSLDS, MDA and ADA.

We encourage you to explore this site and take advantage of the information and services GSLDS has to offer.  If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the GSLDS team at 314-569-0444 or
