Position overview: We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and caring Front Office Dental Administrator for our practice. This role plays a crucial part in creating a seamless and effective patient experience from the first welcome phone call to the check out process. 

 Key responsibilities: 

• Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, voicemails, scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate insurance information with patients
• Discuss billing, collections, and insurance information
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
