Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Refund requests for cancelled registration fees or ticketed events must be​ emailed to QMS Services at by October 24, 2019.  A $25 processing fee will be deducted from each approved refund. If tickets and name badges have been received, they must be returned to QMS before a refund will be processed.

No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations requested after October ​​​24, ​​2019.  All approved refund requests will be made in the form of payment originally received.

Please Use the Appropriate Registration Category

The Greater St. Louis Dental Society/Mid-Continent Dental Congress reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category.  Attendees who register in a category other than the correct attendee category will be changed to the correct registration type and charged the associated fee. 

On-site Course Transfer/Substitutions

Once an course or event has begun, no transfers will be allowed. Refunds will not be available for any on-site changes. 

Badge Will Serve as Your Ticket(s)

The backside of attendee badges will list events for which the attendee has registered, and will serve as your admittance into all events.

Photo/Video Consent Policy

Registration and attendance at the Mid-Continent Dental Congress constitutes an agreement by the registrant to be photographed and/or video recorded. GSLDS reserves the right to use the photographs and/or videos in all formats and media for any purpose, including for education, marketing and promotions.
