Welcome everyone! Men and women! You do not need to have any prior experience to attend! In this course we will discuss yoga, as well as other lifestyle practices, to bring a sense of calm and focus into our lives. We will discuss strategies that will help lower stress and improve your overall sense of well-being. Past participants have left feeling refreshed, calm and smiling!
Speaker Bio: Beth Burns, DDS, RYT 200, CLC is a dentist, yoga instructor, and certified life coach. She graduated from dental school in 1990 and has been practicing dentistry for more than 28 years. She has received two certifications to teach yoga, including one through the nationally recognized Chopra Center in San Diego.
