Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Refund requests for cancelled registration fees or ticketed events must be received by QMS Services by October ​19, ​2017.  A $25 processing fee will be deducted from each approved refund. If tickets and name badges have been received, they must be returned to QMS before a refund will be processed.

No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations requested after October ​19, ​2017.  All approved refund requests will be made in the form of payment originally received.

Please Register for All Courses and Events

You will no longer need a paper ticket to enter your course. However, you must still register for every course you wish to take. This will help us to manage our facility space and best accommodate our attendees. Please pre-register for ALL of the courses you wish to attend. You will not be able to enter a course or claim CE credits for courses for which you ​have not registered. All ​those courses and events will be listed on your attendee badge.  Please note: If you have to leave a course before the completion code is given, you will not be able to claim partial credit.

On-site Course Transfer/Substitutions

Onsite transfers/substitutions will only be allowed before any event begins. ​Courses and events with ​additional fees and lunches cannot be refunded onsite.
